Complaints & Concerns:
Other than the fact that you need an air pump, which must be purchased separately, to use this air mattress there are not many substantive complaints about either the quality of construction or the sleeping comfort.
Some air mattress models other the 4-in-1 Quickbed Air Mattress (especially the largest sizes) do need to be reinflated more frequently than users would like. Not a big deal until your battery operated air pump runs out of juice 30 miles from the nearest store.
Too big for backpacking but rolls up compactly into a self-contained storage bag for tossing in the trunk or in a closet for an unexpected guest.
What Buyers Like Most:
A surprising number of reviewers are using the 4-in-1 Quickbed Air Mattress in stacked mode as their primary sleeping mattress at home. The overwhelming majority do not experience aggravating air leaks. A top-off every couple weeks or so seems the norm.
Other nice features are that the Quickbed takes standard twin sheets that fit easily on the suede like mattress covering. The suede is a quiet benefit because you will not get that aggravating noise that you can’t get rid of on an uncovered air mattress.
